A graduate from the University of Kentucky, Jordan has extensive experience in managing sales teams and accounts with a tremendous skill for developing relationships and understanding how to maximize those relationships and interactions through a sales process. He also has extensive experience in sales training, cold calling and developing marketing strategy. At Paradigm 5, Jordan works hands-on with clients to help execute deliverables key to their success, as well as develop new client relationships.

Charlie Winn is a founding member of the Paradigm 5, a sales acceleration firm. He is experienced in building and leading explosive sales organizations.  Charlie works directly with clients on execution of strategic plans ensuring projects are implemented efficiently and effectively. Before co-founding Paradigm 5, he developed and led multiple sales and operations teams across several different industries.

Charlie was formally trained in the sales and leadership program of the Southwestern Company in Nashville, TN. During his four years with the most established direct selling company in the country, he was consistently a top sales organization leader.  In total during the first seven years of his career as a sales professional, Charlie has personally made over 50,000 direct sales calls and managed over 100 salespeople.

Charlie received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and now resides in Raleigh, NC. He is an avid sports fan and loves to play golf.
